I am volunteering on the Tolkien Track and I wanted to know where the room was going to be held this year.  Is it going to be in the same location and area of the Marriott near the entrance as it has in the past?  If so,  I find that the location would be convenient and easy for other guests to find.  If not, however, I would be happy to know if ( Read more... )

We are excited to announce we have a tentative schedule up for this year's show.  We will be having two advanced costuming panels, along with panels to discuss the ongoing production of "The Hobbit" with  www.theonering.net   , Sean Astin will be conducting a panel,  arms and armor panel, AND MUCH MORE!!!

On Saturday night at 830 pm in the Tolkien Track room, Gandalf, Bilbo, Frodo and Eowyn will be holding a discussion about the ins and outs of organizing your own fan events.
